Matt Savage is a WORLD RENOWNED marching percussion educator, and arranger! His "Savage Rudimental Workshop" book and summer camps have trained hundreds of top DCI drummers. He currently is the Percussion Specialist at Cary High School in North Carolina, and previously, at UNC-Chapel Hill. Over the years, Matt has written for the Jersey Surf's "Bridgemania" show, the Bluecoats, and the incredible Velvet Knights Drum Lines. Matt played snare drum with the LEGENDARY Bayonne Bridgemen in 1981 and 1982. We are honored to have Matt lead the ENCORPS Drum Line. Amy Savage is an experienced and talented arranger who serves as percussion specialist and arranger for the Cary and Northwood High Schools in North Carolina. Additionally, she was the Director of Marching Percussion at Duke University. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Miami University in Ohio. Her vast arranging experience includes the Jersey Surf, the Cadets, the Bluecoats, and the Glassmen. She was also a member of the world Champion Cadets front ensemble. We are extremely happy to welcome Amy to the ENCORPS team! Joe earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from West Chester University and a Master's Degree in School Administration from Montclair State University. He is the percussion caption head at New Providence, and Watchung Hills HS in New Jersey. He has performed with or instructed the Madison Scouts, Threshold Winter Guard, DCA corp Reading Buccaneers, Bushwackers, and Fusion Core. Most recently, Joe was the Percussion Battery Arranger for DCI World Class Drum Corps Pioneer. We are proud to have Joe's experience on the team of ENCORPS! Internationally renowned performer, educator, clinician, and legendary Drum Corps alumni Pat Petrillo brings his vast experience and musically diverse knowledge back to the activity. He has performed in the Broadway pits of such shows as "Newsies", "Footloose", "Dreamgirls", and "A Chorus Line", and has performed with numerous artists. A member of the NJ Drum Corps Hall of Fame, Pat spent many years in the activity, most notably as a snare drummer with the 3 time champion Bayonne Bridgemen Drumline as captain. He has also taught the Star of Indiana, University of North Texas, and many others. Pat has inspired and taught hundreds of DCI performers. We are BEYOND proud to have Pat lead the ENCORPS team in its debut!

Alessandro marched 3 years in the snare line with the Carolina Crown, and 2017 as section leader. He currently works with the Old Bridge High School Drumline in New Jersey, and has also marched with the Jersey Surf and Cadets Winter Percussion. He is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Alessandro is excited to bring his experience to ENCORPS. Bruna Esteves is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Music Education in percussion from New Jersey City University. She has marched with the Bushwackers from 2013-2015 and 2017 where she served as section leader in 2015. Bruna has also been involved in WGI groups where she marched with Field of View Indoor Percussion in 2015 and United Percussion in 2016 She also works with the front ensembles at Woodbridge HS, Fort Lee HS, and just finshed her second season with Elizabeth HS, where she is a graduate. We are beyond proud to have Bruna on the team of ENCORPS! Scott comes to us with a wealth of experience as an educator and DCI performer. He hols a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from The College of New Jersey, and currently works with the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Drumline. Previously, he marched with the Raiders and the Jersey Surf Drum Corps. We are excited and proud to welcome Scott to the ENCORPS team.

Matt is a versatile arranger with vast Drum Corps experience. He has been a DCI caption head and arranger for The Crossmen and The Spirit of Atlanta, as well as DCA for the Reading Buccaneers and Hawthorne Caballeros. He is the Band Director at the award winning Sommerville High School in New Jersey, and is a Multiple Award recipient from Who's Who Among American H.S. Teachers. We are EXCITED to have Matt on the ENCORPS team! A graduate of the Berklee College of Music, Kerchner has written music for or taught more than 130 drum corps, perhaps most rembered in the junior corps world for his work with the Bridgemen, Muchachos, Sky Ryders, Spirit of Atlanta, and the early days of Star of Indiana. He has more than 300 published compositions and arrangements to his credit and is a two-time GRAMMY Award nominee. He is also a member of the DCI Hall of Fame and the World Drum Corps Hall of Fame. We are honored that Larry has agreed to arrange our corps song, "Family" from Dreamgirls, and a reinvention of his classic arrangement of "Ritual Fire Dance/Sabre" he did for the Bayonne Bridemen. Rob Lais majored in Jazz Studies at Montclair State University, and plays with the Al Chez Big Band. Rob was a soprano soloist for the Hawthorne Caballeros, from 2008-2011, Fusion Core from 2012-2013, and the Bridgemen from 2014-2015. Rob was the marching band director of West Morris Central High School 2013-2015 and High Brass specialist for Mount Olive High School 2014. We are extremely happy to welcome Rob to the ENCORPS team!

Tanner Jones is one of the most dynamic and talented young performers and designers in the activity today. he has marched with the DCI World Champion Blue Devils in 2016 and 2017, and The Santa Clara Vanguard 2013 & 2015. In WGI, he has performed with The Black Watch Winter Guard from 2012-2015, and currently designs for Pennsauken Independent Indoor. We are THRILLED to have Tanner lead ENCORPS into the future! Amber is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and marched for 7 years with Black Watch Independent World Guard. She also performed on “Americas Got Talent”, and the popular David Byrne’s “Contemporary Color”. Her vast teaching experience includes such programs as, Pennsauken, Timber Creek, Winslow, Alliance A, Alliance Performance Ensemble, and Eastern. We are proud and excited to have Amber’s talent on the team of ENCORPS! Brie is a Graphic + Interactive Design student at West Chester University, where she is a member of the WCU "Incomparable" Golden Rams Marching Bands Color Guard. In WGI, she has performed with the South Brunswick Visual Ensemble 2013-2015 and Field of View 2016 & 2018. She is currently designing and teaching at West Chester East High School. We are extremely proud to welcome Brie to ENCORPS team! Brittney was a member of the Russell's All Star World Class baton twirlers for many years. Also marched in the Russell's all star color guard. Brittney has taught Coatesville High School and Middle School and is now a technician at Main Line Independent. Brittney spends a lot of her time traveling and shares a huge passion for the color guard and performing arts activity. We are extremely proud to welcome Brittney to the ENCORPS team!

Joey has marched with Main Line Independent and Pennsauken Independent. As a member of the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band at West Chester University, Joey is working towards a degree in Communications Studies. He has taught at West Chester East High School.
